Delivery information:


Orders comprising only fabrics or small items will be sent by Chronopost. The tariff is calculated according to the weight and number of packages.

If the order is placed before 2 pm, you will receive your delivery, at the earliest before 1 pm the following day*. (In case of payment by bank card over the telephone).



For orders containing glass vases, fragile items or a significant number of packages, delivery will only be made by carrier on a pallet.

The delivery time is 48 to 72 hours* from dispatch from Rungis.

Carrier delivery information:

Deliveries are made by one or our carriers. Pallets are placed at the side of the delivery truck.

All our vases are checked prior to shipping of the merchandise, vases are packed in boxes, without bubble wrap, and attached to the pallet using film.

You have 10 minutes to check the consignment on delivery and to lodge any complaints that may be justified on the delivery note.

Said reservations and complaints must be sent by email within three working days of delivery of the products with supporting photo.

Please make it a priority to check vases, if included in your order. In case of breakage, THIS MUST BE RECORDED ON THE DELIVERY NOTE, even in case of electronic signature. Make a note of the damaged product, the quantity and type of damage (e.g. for vases, broken into pieces, etc.).

Only items recorded as broken or missing on the delivery note, with supporting evidence, will be refunded.

If the delivery driver is in a hurry and does not wish to wait, please indicate on the delivery note “the driver does not wish to wait, no time to check the merchandise”. Check your order and the driver will return at a later stage and you will be able to record your reservations. The driver cannot leave until the delivery note has been signed.

The words “subject to unpacking” is not valid for carriers.

If the delivery note has been signed without reservations or complaints, the delivery will be deemed compliant and no complaint can be lodged at a later stage. We will not be held responsible in case of breakage or damage.

We do not offer returns for vases, only a refund for the breakage. No exemption can be made for re-delivery.

If you need a specific number of vases, as a precaution, please order 1 or 2 extra items.

Only items recorded as broken or damaged on the delivery note, with supporting evidence, will be refunded.

Delivery times are approximate. It will not be possible to cancel an order if delivery times are exceeded and no damages or late penalties will be paid.

These terms and conditions are accepted once payment has been made for the order.
